The Owner (Laraib Energy Limited) has appointed an Independent Engineer to assess compliance of the project with the provisions Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
Scope of work
The Multiconsult UK team has provided the following services:
- Overview and verification of construction progress;
- Witness and certification of commissioning tests as required by the PPA and declaration of the scheme’s readiness for commercial operation; and
- Acted as advisor to the Power Purchaser (WAPDA) as required
