The Multiconsult family keeps on growing. The group now includes the following subsidiaries: Multiconsult Asia, Multiconsult UK, Multiconsult Polska, and LINK arkitektur AS. In addition, Multiconsult has ownership interests in Norplan Tanzania Ltd.

 Multiconsult Asia

Multiconsult is building up its international presence, and in March 2013 it established a separate subsidiary in Singapore. We have won major contracts in Singapore in recent years, and we see increasing potential for growth in the rest of South-East Asia, particularly in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors.

The establishment of Multiconsult Asia makes Multiconsult the first Norwegian firm of consulting engineers with a permanent presence in South-East Asia.

Multiconsult UK Ltd.

For many years, Multiconsult has occupied a strong position in the international market for hydroelectric power stations. In December 2012, it further strengthened this position by establishing the subsidiary Multiconsult UK Ltd. (formerly Norplan Hydropower Ltd) in the UK.

Multiconsult UK Ltd. was established after 20 experienced hydropower engineers were transferred from the multinational URS to Multiconsult. Many of Multiconsult UK Ltd.’s employees have more than 30 years’ experience of international hydropower projects, and they know Multiconsult well as a result of having worked with the company on projects in the past.

Multiconsult Polska

Multiconsult Polska, formerly Atkins Polish subsidiary, became part of Multiconsult in 2014. The company is located in Warsaw and Gliwice with three project offices throughout Poland.

Multiconsult Polska has a highly competent team of around 100 employees delivering special expertise in the market areas of transportation and infrastructure, construction, environment, and oil and gas. It is a well established consultancy with a solid portfolio of projects and long customer relationships. The company’s expertise is complementary to the Norwegian academic environments.
