The office is located in the Killimani district and enables the company to strengthen its market presence in the East African renewable energy, water and environmental sectors.
Commenting on the move, Multiconsult’s Helge E. Jenssen, Senior Vice President Renewable Energy said: Our opening has come at a significant time as there is enormous investment potential in the region. The opening is also one of the important pillars enabling Multiconsult to achieve the international renewable energy strategy.
Multiconsult has appointed Mikael Poulsen as the new country manager. Mikael comes from a position as country manager for NIRAS in Tanzania and has a strong background from the African water sector. William Ogutu, Multiconsults Key Account Manager for East Africa, and Sarah Atieno will be supporting Mikael in his agenda to achieve Multiconsults ambitious regional expansion targets.
