Through two consecutive framework agreements we have completed a large number of technical and policy assignments in the full development program cycle, from strategic decision support, through technical assistance in engineering and policy, to impact assessments and evaluations. The large and diverse portfolio of assignments conducted under our framework agreement with Norad has given Multiconsult a unique understanding of the complex issues pertaining to renewable energy and energy access in developing countries.
