– 2015 was an eventful year with one 20 MW biomass power plant commissioned and six small hydropower projects starting construction. In addition, one of our two 10 MW solar projects has official ground breaking this week. If everything goes according to plan, the remaining solar PV project and nine more hydropower projects will start construction in 2016, says Joakim Arntsen, Multiconsult’s project manager for GET FiT Uganda.
