Multiconsult (OSE: MULTI) has implemented changes to its segment reporting. Going forward, Multiconsult will report on three segments: Norway, International, and Architecture. As from the fourth quarter 2025, the segments Region Oslo and Region Norway have been merged into a single reporting segment, Norway. The purpose is to streamline the organisation and align the business with the revised strategy.
Multiconsult is a Norwegian consulting and architecture group with over a century of history. The primary operations are located in Norway, with additional presence in Sweden, Denmark, Poland, and the United Kingdom. The group also performs assignments in several countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
The group operates within four business areas. All segments and subsidiaries address market opportunities within these business areas. The client portfolio has an approximate fifty fifty balance between public and private clients. In recent years the group has delivered profitable growth based on a diversified business model with a broad portfolio and strong professional environments across business areas and geographies.
The group has more than 4 000 employees working on projects in more than 45 countries and undertakes approximately 15 000 projects annually for more than 5 500 clients. The group’s principal activities include multidisciplinary consultancy within design, planning, project supervision, engineering management, project management and geotechnical site surveys, both in Norway and internationally.
Reporting segments
Norway
The segment offers services across four business areas and includes the subsidiaries Multiconsult Norway, ViaNova Group, Sitepartner and Multiconsult UK.
Architecture
This segment comprises the architecture firms LINK Arkitektur and A-lab, with offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Portugal. The segment offers services primarily within the business area Buildings & Properties and Energy & Industry.
International
This segment comprises the subsidiaries Multiconsult Polska in Poland and Iterio in Sweden. The segment offers services mainly within the business area Mobility & Transportation, and also includes activity within the Water & Environment and Energy & Industry business areas.
Restatement of figures
When presenting the financial results for the fourth quarter 2025, comparative figures will be presented according to the new segment structure. The previously reported figures for the Region Oslo and Region Norway segments in 2024 have been included in the Norway segment to ensure consistent comparison between periods.
The items classified as Non allocated have also been restated in line with the new structure. In addition, Group Services now includes only activities and costs that relate directly to group level functions.
Restated figures back to the financial year 2024 are attached.
Multiconsult is scheduled to report fourth quarter 2025 results on 10 February 2026.
