Multiconsult (OSE: MULTI) announces that the board of directors has appointed Karsten Warloe as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 June 2026. Warloe currently serves as CEO of Kiwa Norway and brings extensive international leadership experience from executive roles in ABB, Statnett and Norsk Hydro.
“We are pleased that Karsten Warloe has accepted the position as CEO for Multiconsult. Warloe is an experienced leader with a strong commercial drive and a proven ability to build and develop growing organisations. He has delivered solid results in the businesses he has led, and I am convinced that he has the right qualities to guide Multiconsult into the future,” says Rikard Appelgren, chair of the board.
Warloe is currently CEO of Kiwa Norway. Kiwa is an international company with more than 12 000 employees, with offices in more than 35 countries. He has a master’s degree in engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Master of Management degree from Norwegian School of Management BI.
“Multiconsult has strong expertise across a wide range of disciplines, and I look forward to getting to know the organisation and the many skilled people who work there. Multiconsult has demonstrated continued performance and value creation, and I am eager to contribute to further strengthening its resilience and ambitious growth strategy,” says Warloe.
Current CEO Grethe Bergly will continue in her role until the handover.
