Trude Skogesal (born 1972) holds an MBA in Management from Nord University.
 
She joined Multiconsult in 2018 and has gained extensive knowledge of the company through both small and large projects, as well as serving as a board member of Multiconsult Norge AS. As a member of the steering committee for major projects for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (EBA for UVB) and the extended management team in FE West, she has acquired valuable insight into the company’s strategies and processes.
 
She also has previous experience from companies such as Aker Solutions, Siemens Subsea, and Statoil.
 
Trude has many years of experience in board work within both the business sector and professional organizations at a high level. She has served as Vice President of NITO, which has 120,000 members, and has a broad network within business and politics.
 
She is a certified board member through the Norwegian Board Association (Styreforeningen).
