Axel Segovia Ødegaard holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU).
He has been employed at LINK Arkitektur since 2018.
Axel is a spatial planner and human geographer with an international academic background and broad experience as an advisor for zoning plans. He has led complex planning processes through all phases, from early analysis to completed projects, and for the past five years, he has served as project manager with responsibilities for coordination, documentation, and client guidance.
He has strong expertise in GIS, particularly ESRI software, which he uses for analysis, visualizations, and digital public participation.
He has given lectures and contributed to a national roadmap for smart and sustainable cities organized by DOGA. In addition to his professional background, he has experience in daily operations and financial management of a restaurant, both as a co-owner and deputy board member. This has provided valuable insight into business operations, accounting, and strategic decision-making.
