“The good life”

For some people, their job is their life. For others it is important to be able to realise ambitions outside their careers. Needs vary depending on your phase of life, and people’s work situation naturally changes over time. The concept “The Good Life” is at the heart of Multiconsult’s values, and it has a direct and indirect impact on everyone who works here.

The belief that we need to be stimulated in a variety of ways in order to succeed at work means that people at Multiconsult are given a great deal of freedom to pursue their personal interests. Each person has to find their own balance between work, home, leisure pursuits and socialising, but Multiconsult aims to make it easier for them by offering a lot of flexibility at work. In addition, it is important to give all employees the chance to make the most of their abilities, including their intellect, feelings, teamwork skills and leadership qualities. Enabling employees to draw on all of their resources helps them to develop, and also increases the diversity of the company.
